Peru Coffee Bag

Copaceyba is a specialty coffee cooperative working with Shared-X (shorthand for Shared Experience) Impact Farming that benefits from 50% higher price than market rate for cherry. Working with Shared-X also provides Co-op members education on increasing crop yields, improved market access, fertilizers, and milling. Finca Matapalo is also home to the wet mill where all Shared-X coffees are processed and dried in preparation for exporting.

This coffee is clean but complex, smooth but pleasantly acidic, sweet but not cloying, and bright but not bitter or bold. It’s an ideal roast to herald in the spring.
