Our namesake blend is a very balanced and approachable coffee that plays well as hot or cold. In fact, this is the very same blend we use in our La Casita Cold Brew.

This blend, consisting of a dark roast blended with medium roast, has a rich heavy body, syrupy sweetness, with dried fruit notes. Perfect for espresso, french press, or cold brew!

We've aged our unroasted beans in a whiskey barrel from our friends at local distillery Still Austin, then roasted them to a smooth medium roast. It has a nice whiskey bite with 0% ABV.

Selected for sweetness on the farm using Brix Meters, then roasted for sweetness using the prowess of our roasters.

Pulped after harvest and laid out to dry on patios with the sticky mucilage still intact, making for a smooth, sweet, and mellow cup.
