This coffee is a collective effort of over 600 small farmers. All working together in Yirgacheffe, and contributing to help each other improve each year.
Grade 1 is the highest sorting standard in Ethiopia. Usually defined by the size of coffee, number of defects in a samples (0 to 1 allowable), good moisture content, and of course cup quality!
Heirloom Varietal, Full Natural, Dried on Raised Beds
This fully washed coffee is a blend of heirloom varietals growing naturally. It is a very adventurous coffee.
Caramel, Lemon, Apple
If you love fruity notes in coffee, you've arrived. Juicy Stone fruit, and melon along with a creamy texture.
